The Henan Provincial Library library card is valid at all lending and circulation windows in the Songshan Road and Jiankang Road branches.
2. Library Card Processing and Usage

2. When applying for a new card, readers must provide their original ID card or military ID, passport, household registration book, and original driver's license.
3. The library library card is free of charge. To apply for a card, you must fill in personal information and pay a deposit of 100 yuan.
4. Each card allows borrowing 5 books and periodicals per transaction, with a borrowing period of 30 days (Calculated from the day the book is borrowed), and can be renewed once before the book expires.
5. After registration, you can remotely access the library's digital resources.
3. Card Cancellation and Loss Reporting
1. When canceling the card, readers must return all books and periodicals, and then present the book card and their original ID card or military ID, passport, household registration book, or driver's license, complete the cancellation procedures, and refund the deposit.
2. If you lose your library card, report it promptly. Any losses incurred before reporting the loss are the responsibility of the lost card. To reissue a new card, the applicant must bring their ID card and two copies of the ID card to the document processing office.
